Introduction	Irene Hamilton (Byrnes) was born and raised in Grande Prairie , Alberta when it was a growing community. Over the years, two children, six grandchildren, and a lifetime of careers in the business and private sector kept her busy. Now retired, Irene and her husband Ken, along with their Yorkie Molly, enjoy camping and family gatherings. Gladys Tripalong is her first novella for publication and is loosely shored up by childhood fantasies. She has written a series about cancer patients and their families (unpublished) and recently entered two TV pilots for consideration.
