| Introduction | An anomaly - likes to have fun but is very clear on who she is; can be the life of the party or very quiet; usually has alot to say - this blog is a means of expressing some of those thoughts. My brother died approximately 2 years ago of scleroderma. I am from a large family and it was the first time any of us had experienced death so close to home. I saw each of us go through various stages of grief - for me it was better to write than talk about it. After a couple of posts I realized that writing is indeed cathartic and have since broaden the scope of the blog. It's not about death, its about living. I also come from a Christian home and am a wife and mother, and a Christian. I take my faith seriously as it is intertwined in everything I do. One of the things one of my children told me is that she doesn't understand why Christians dont talk about certain things. I don't either, so I write about everything but always from a Godly perspective. |
