Introduction | My name is James Steele. As the blog suggests, this is a medium for me to express whatever my thoughts are currently on. As such I don't intend this blog to cover any specific topic exclusively but instead be a platform to write when I want about what I want. I graduated from Southampton Solent University with a BSc in Applied Sport Science in 2010 and am currently completing my PhD in exercise physiology/biomechanics, specifically isolated lumbar extension resistance exercise in treatment of chronic low back pain and it's associated physical symptoms. I like to observe. I like to read. I like to learn. I like to think. So here are some of my thoughts. |
Interests | Health & exercise science, philosophy, basketball, roleplaying & wargaming, acoustic guitar, reading (everything) |
