| Introduction | One of the biggest hurdles to switching to a paleo-style diet was thinking that I could no longer enjoy the extravagant dining opportunities that San Francisco has to offer. I have started to realize, though, that there is a rich world of primal-approved foraging out there, and searching for it is part of the fun. I hope to share my discoveries with others. |
