About Me

Initially created to document the author’s conversion from agnosticism, DUiB has a new, narrow focus mission: to defend the sanctity of life. A cop of 20 years, the scribe has dedicated his life to protecting the lives of others; a recipient of the Omaha Police Medal of Valor, he was third responding officer inside Von Maur during the mass murders perpetrated there in December, 2007. DUiB posts from summer '08 on represent the confluence of Jeff’s vocation as peacekeeper and his deepening convictions against abortion, capital punishment and doctor-assisted suicide. He prays for the grace to shine the light of truth on atheism and stamp out secularism where ever they rear their ugly heads. Together, they represent the groundswell of the Culture of Death which, if not defeated, will be the end of our society as we know it.
