| Introduction | In June 2007 I ran my first Marathon, in September I started Trail Running and in November the same year I ran my first 50k. Since then I have run another four Marathons and started ten Ultras; finishing eight of them. In 2012 I turned my attention towards Triathlon. I finished my first Tri, a Sprint in March and finished Ironman Arizona in November. 2013…let’s see shall we! |
