| Introduction | I love to cook! I love to eat! It's all about the next meal, while eating lunch, I'm thinking about supper. I come by it naturally. Both my parents were outstanding cooks, and with 7 children, they were always planning the next meal. I have vivid memories around our dinner table. Ask any of my friends, and they'll tell you they loved to come eat supper at the "Cotter" house! Oh, what great memories I have around the table. That's my side of the family, but wait - have I told you about my husband, Grady's culinary lineage? His grandfather was the famous Cajun chef, Justin Wilson - "I garontee!!" And on his mother's side, well it only gets better. Grady's mother, Ms. Martha, her brother, Uncle Bubber and his wife, Jennie Lou, have prepared some of the best meals I've ever eaten. Many of their recipes came from "Namee" - the matriarch of the Brown family. It was her hot sauce recipe that started the Panola Pepper Sauce Company in Lake Providence, LA.
