| Introduction | Originally had a career in retail where I specialised in working as close to good food as possible. Having started a part time course in horticulture I found a job making a new market garden to provide fresh veg for a local farmer's shop. Currently self employed and growing vegetable and cut flowers in a traditional kind of way. |
