I am currently a Senior Training Technology Program Analyst to a U.S. Government agency. My specific interests are in workplace learning and performance improvement. Additionally, my dissertation focused on the motivational impacts of simulations and games. I have received a Masters degree in Instructional Technology and a Doctorate of Education in Instructional Technology and Distance Education.
