You've been invited to a fancy ball but the only thing you have to wear is an orange wooly jumper. What shoes do you wear?

Does it matter? I wouldn't attend a fancy ball wearing anything orange, much less something woolly. I have some pride and dignity and know when it's best to just stay home!
