MICHAEL WADE is a partner with the firm of Sanders Wade Rodarte Consulting Inc. based in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. Prior to starting his consulting practice in 1984, Michael served as the Equal Employment Opportunity Administrator for the City of Phoenix and as the Command Equal Opportunity Officer for the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command in Washington, D.C. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. He is a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute in Florida and the Ethics Corps Program of the Josephson Institute of Ethics in California. He is also the author of two books: The Bitter Issue: The Right to Work Law in Arizona and Leadership's Adversary: Winning the War between Leadership and Management. A popular speaker on leadership, equal opportunity, and management issues, Michael also coaches executives and managers and conducts training programs.
