I am a Professor at the University of Maryland studying bioinformatics, genomics, evolution, and related topics. I'm also the Director of the Center for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (http://cbcb.umd.edu) here. I earned my Ph.D. from Harvard University and my bachelor's and master's degrees from Yale University.
