Introduction	John Palmer is a leading expert in information technology, who is currently working as a consultant, implementing SharePoint technologies for Fortune 500 companies. He currently writes a blog for technology professionals about mastering the intricacies of SharePoint. Prior to his current consulting work, John served as the Information Technology Manager for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) spatial technology company, and then later, for an internationally known social network.
