| Introduction | I am a doctoral student in Teaching and Learning at Washington State University. My focus is technology literacy. My committee just approved my proposal, so I will be doing my literature review and prospectus this summer, and will take my preliminary exam in September. The topic for my dissertation is "Teacher-to-Teacher Connection: Using Web Conferencing to Mentor Teachers in Louisiana in the Post-Katrina Recovery Process." |
