About Me
I have worked in the NHS as a doctor for almost 20 years. Over the last few years I have seen so many problems with the NHS, public services and our increasingly broken society that I decided that I needed to get involved - to help bring about real and positive change. I became a Conservative Party third wave "A lister". I am now the Harrow West Parliamentary Candidate. I am married, and have 2 wonderful children who both go to state schools. I now only work part-time for the NHS so that I can dedicate my energies to the people of Harrow West and the issues affecting their lives.
Interests
- I am a member of a number of environmental charities
- and manage a wildlife meadow. I like to keep fit by working out to aerobics or in the gym most days.
Favorite Music
- My husband is in an amateur rock band with an anaesthetist
- a computer programmer and an insurance broker - playing in such celebrated venues as local primary schools! My son loves heavy metal. I'm however a bit like my daughter - I like it all as long as you can either sing-along or dance to it!
