| Introduction | I joined FactSet in June 2010 as Director of Portfolio Risk Research. Previously, I was a portfolio manager and head of quant strategies for Allegiant Asset Management (now PNC Capital) and served on the company’s Investment Committee with responsibilities including firm-wide risk management and portfolio process review. Prior to that, I was the head of large cap quant for Harris Investment Management. I have a postdoctoral fellowship from the Freie Universitat Berlin and a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in chemical physics and a B.S. from the State University of Buffalo where I studied chemistry and mathematics. I am currently writing a book titled “Ben Graham was a Quant,” due out in early 2011. |
