About Me

My diet consists of plant based high raw & living food. It can be easily accesible, affordable, quick & simple to prepare, providing optimum nutrition. For breakfast I cleanse with liquids e.g., purified water (3L throughout the day), home grown wheat grass, nut mylks & fresh juices. Lunchtime is my main meal with building foods e.g., vegetables, indoor greens, wild greens, sprouts, soaked nuts/seeds & seaweeds. A large green juice at 4pm & a lighter meal, similar to lunch no later than 7pm. In the winter months tough greens get gently steamed & ancient grains e.g., millet. sprouted quinoa & buckwheat warmed. Herb teas sipped. Gourmet foods get created for festive/special occasions. There really is no quick fix when it comes to improving health. It does require making time, slowing down, being mindful, planning, preparing, living life in a really simple dedicated down to earth and reconnecting way. It feels special to live harmoniously in tune with the seasons, earth healing at our roots. Tuning into the earth star chakra, feeling it tingle in the souls of our feet, through positive green action, heart filled thoughts, feelings & healthful enjoyment in each grounded moment*
