About Me
I've been a Civil War reenactor for 15 yrs., & a WWII reenactor for 5. It's hard to say which I like better. The CW has interesting tactics & battle scenarios, but WWII has M1s, machine guns, & armored vehicles. I have an interest in all areas of US history, & world history in the European Rennaisance, & the Roman Empire. Other interests & hobbies include kayaking, battlefield stomping (it helps having Gettysburg basically in the back yard, & Antietam & Monocacy less thanan hour's drive away), reading, war movies, & Traxxas T-Maxxes. For those not in-the-know, T-Maxxes are alcohol powered, radio controlled monster trucks,& they are fun. I have 3, & buy parts & build trucks to sell on eBay to pay for my addiction. I manage a retail store in the Gettysburg outlet mall. I also have a fiance', Lori, who I plan on marrying next April. What else can I say? Life is good. I come from the Pgh. area, & am an avid Pgh Sports fan! (It's been a good year!) With Gettysburg as a hobby, I also am blessed with many good friends, many whom are authors, artists, publishers, & history buffs. I truly feel I am living a dream, & that life couldn't be a whole lot better!
Your hand has been replaced by a rubber stamp. What does it say?
I don't know what it says, but I say, "Boy am I going to be in trouble when I have to pee!"...and...one thing I want to know is... Why do so many farby reenactors feel the need to strut their stuff on Steinwehr Ave.?
