| Introduction | We are a family of four. We live on 1 acre but try to make it look like 12. We grow what we eat and make a lot of what we use. We enjoy being together as a famliy and hope to record a lot of what we do as a family. Why not many pictures? I don't feel like I need to have many pictures to have a good blog....I want to write about our life not just show pictures like other blogs...you will see from our blog we our different...so sorry this will not be just another picture blog. I hope to add pictures time to time but not on every post. |
| Interests | We enjoy gardening, homeschooling our two teenage daughters, making home-made items to use in our home and to sell to others. We have a huge organic garden that we eat from and can for later use. We have fruit trees through out our yard that we have battles with the birds. We own 4 chickens that give us eggs daily and we hope to add more in the future. We have been looking into getting rabbits when the time is right for our small little homestead. |
