| Introduction | I live in Berkshire with my wonderful wife and 2 dogs. I have a beautiful daughter and 3 year old granddaughter. When I'm not painting I like to blog about things I find inspiring or interesting, I like to write, read, cook, play the piano and I hold a 2nd degree black belt in Aikijutsu. I also run my own print buying company. I was born in Watford in the 60s and attended College studying Typographic Design in the early 80s. I started painting 25 years ago whilst garnering an understanding of colour through the printed medium and was influenced by great artists such as Jackson Pollock and Russell Mills. The collection of art on my Stu-Art blog demonstrates my personal style of abstract and form leaving the viewer to see what they want to in each painting. I take inspiration from all places and experiences whether it's dancing, music, nature or emotions. |
