About Me

I am a Northern transplant in a Southern world, a suburban girl thrust into the country life, Rocky Balboa surrounded by Scarlett O'Haras and Miss Mellies. Every day is an adjustment, every day is an adventure, every day is a struggle to keep my Northern accent. I stay home on our mini-farm to raise our two little girls (3-year-old Bean and 2-year-old Cakes). I started this blog to maintain my sanity and an adult vocabulary.
