I'm a psychiatrist, author, and inventor of The Oikos Game Series (emotional intelligence or EQ games). As an author, I have written self-help and how-to articles on mental health, psychiatry, and parenting. I have also written some books namely: First Aid to Mental Illness, Successful Preparation, Passing Strategies, and Raising Possibility Kids.
