For lack of a better descriptor, I am a food nerd. It’s okay I can admit it, perhaps I am even proud of it. I am passionate about food and love to dine and be part of the trends as they are being developed by chefs and restaurateurs. I also am an avid reader of all things foodie; magazines, food literature, cook books, and my new addiction food blogs. Personally, I’m a passionate cook that loves nothing more than to spend the day, planning, shopping for and preparing a special meal. Professionally, I work as a food stylist and menu designer; I have the privilege of thinking about food and wine for a living. This is a personal extension of that, my way to further share my love and experience with stories, reviews, photos, maybe the odd video and general food banter.
