Introduction | I’m a 40/some professional who, among other things, wrestles with the purpose of life—mine specifically. I have a colorful past that occasionally taunts me, issues with self-absorption, and I have strong preferences… I am also loyal, honest, spiritual and kindhearted. (A paradox you say? Well, yeah…) I’m a family therapist and a government worker...and I can now say I love my work. I have a soft side that tends toward the ridiculous…i.e. John Denver music…but it is quickly overshadowed by my internal skeptic. I’m a loving, but remarkably imperfect mother… I have a cool husband. I tell him this, but he doesn’t quite believe me. I have the best in-laws in the world…Mil and Fil. I’m “more difficult”, but I mean well. |

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?
Good grief.
