| Introduction | My birthday is this month, and I set some pretty good new year's resolutions this year - so here I am, living up to them! I am a homeschool mom with 4 children and 4 different grade levels. I also have a wonderful 22 year old son and a little guy in heaven ... my family means soooo much to me! And the fact that I get to spend the days of their childhoods with them - well, it means everything in the world to me. |

| Favorite Music | I listen to lots of different kinds of music. Right now I'm getting into exercising again, so Zumba has some pretty great songs that make me want to get up and get moving! I also love David Arkenstone, classical, country, rock, hard rock, pop, alternative, you name it, I suppose. Music is a wonderful thing! All time favorite song - Viva La Vida, Coldplay - just sayin' :)) |
| Favorite Books | I'm an avid reader of books that inform. I feel like time is short and life is too short to get lost in a good book - so I have something seriously wrong with me, because when I do get into a book, I'm taken away! This is a problem - school did this to me, and I regret to say that we don't know everything about teaching ... hence the opinion - I can do this better - because my kids are worth it! That said, The Bible will have to be my #1 - it's pretty cool if you take the time to really look at it (not just as a guidebook, but as a literary phenomena! |
