Introduction	I live among tall eucalypts in forested bushland outside of Melbourne with my husband, son and our beautiful blue dog. Please stay awhile... take in the sights and sounds of the forest whilst I share with you my thoughts, experiences and memories.
Interests	Working with clay, painting, gardening, home reno, up-cycling/op shops, podcasts, bird watching, time with my family and spoiling my dog with loads of cuddles.
Favorite Movies	Too many of the old classics to mention here, but the list includes Nosferatu (1922). Plus, a smattering of contemporaries: Chocolat, Amelie, The City of Lost Children, Delicatessen, Micmacs, Orlando, Labyrinth, The Princess Bride, Mary and Max, Band of Brothers series, Requiem for a Dream. Films made by: Guillermo del Toro, David Lynch, Quentin Tarantino, the Coen brothers, Hayao Miyazaki, Monty Python... I could go on :)
Favorite Music	An eclectic range that changes depending on the mood I'm in. My son is a jazz drummer, so I'm biased there. And, I do have a girl crush on Erykah Badu :)
Favorite Books	To name just a few: Walden by Thoreau, works of Poe, Lovecraft, Dickens, Conan Doyle and Shakespeare. Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre. Folk Tales of the World, Valli Myers a memoir, Vita's Other World, The China Study, Modern Herbal. And, dozens of reference books - too many really :)
