Hi! I'm Jacinta Yu, Founder of Complete Deelite located in Hong Kong. After an exciting experience working in the fashion industry in New York. I decided to take a leap of faith and open my very own Celebration store. From our specialty cakes, deelish cupcakes, classes, Deelite parties & Whimsical Balloons we are involved with all sorts of celebrations every week.
