Introduction | My name is Berit Hines. I have a BFA in Ceramics from the Royal Academy of Art and Design in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. I worked for over ten years as a fine artist, having regular shows in galleries, participating in art fairs, and teaching Ceramics classes to adults as well as children. I moved from Holland to the US in 1999, and retired from Ceramics, after having sold my studio and most of my work in order to be able to immigrate. I discovered Polymer Clay only recently, and I have been honing my skills every free minute I can muster. I live in Wisconsin with my husband Clay (fancy that!) and my cat Charlie. |
