Philippa Hughes (pkh@pangolinprofile.co.uk)is the long suffering wife of Sebastian; the most politically incorrect hotelier on the planet. Mother of two boys and jointly responsible for a Country House Hotel (Holne Chase Hotel) and more recently 500 acre ancient farmstead on Dartmoor (Holwell Farm Cottages). With guests and animals to juggle and keep happy and well fed, there just aren’t enough hours in the day and every so often the guests find them selves being offered a bucket full of pig nuts!
