Introduction What do you do when you are addicted to the Food Network, but it seems like every other day a new food causes a reaction? When your friends ask just what the heck you CAN eat? When you read a recipe and know that half the ingredients would individually put you out, let alone act as a food gang on your system? When your mom declares that soon you will be living on twigs and water? Well, instead of whining, you resolve to enjoy food anyway, and tinker with ingredients to make yummy things that won't kill you. And share those tinkers with the rest of the Celiacs who also have casein, corn & soy sensitivity, and a history of post-shingles reactions to high arginine foods.
