Introduction	There are some days when I find the real world can often be a bit more challenging than ideal. I am often left feeling overwhelmed, unable to keep my head above water. Recently, I have found that when I write a brief, or not so brief, rant about anything other than what is on my mind, afterwards, I can walk away from life's challenges feeling invigorated, revived and optimistic. So, here I wait with you for my next emotional episode and another chance to escape reality. Enjoy my therapeutic journey.
Favorite Movies	Just give me a good car chase and a spectacular gun fight and I am hooked. The Departed, Pulp Fiction, Batman Begins, Superman II, just about anything Disney, or fantasy related. Harry Potter, Iron Man, Narnia, Star Wars (I- VI) and Lord of the Rings trilogy.
