Introduction	Fond of cats--but can't have any as pets (allergic, etc.) so watch them thru "a glass" (very fitting for observing "Pirate Queen"! Tried to use following picture for my profile but for some reason doesn't work... http://colby.edu/personal/l/leosborn/heyer/images/ukfrc2.jpg Another bookcover I'd considered for profile will appear in future post with a hint/clue. Might tell online bookstore http://loganberrybooks.com/named.html about this blog for their "named for the book" section--which includes both people & pets! (Most likely will wait til kittens are adopted, to keep any comments here local for awhile). May keep adding to previous posts, so keep checking back to look for changes. I'd like to post about favorite fiction that mentions felines, especially ones with creative names (some of the less obvious examples, like two of my favorites GONE-AWAY LAKE, RETURN TO GONE-AWAY). I may be too busy to do that for this year--hope to next year! Wish there was somewhere local like http://www.kittenrescue.org/home.php Not having any luck locating someone in my area who can help me help cats... :-(
