| Introduction | My career began in the title industry over 24 years ago in the legal department of a local bank in N.H. Since that time I have held various positions at local title companies, and several key roles within the local NH Real Estate Community. In 1996, I became a founding partner of Horizon Settlement Services, Inc. During the span of my career I have personally conducted over 3,000 real estate closings; in addition to overseing the management of over 10,000 more. I served as founding partner of Accredited Real Estate Academy, a NH Real Estate Commission approved provider of education courses to N.H. agents. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to be a frequent speaker at local Realtor® board meetings, NHAR annual conferences, and a recurring instructor to the mortgage lending industry through regional NMLS approved courses for MBBA-NH. I have instructed NMLS approved courses at the MBBA-NH annual conference and the NE Mortgage Bankers Conference. My education background includes a BA degree in Management and an MBA. Along with my membership in various trade organizations, I am a member of the Board of Governors for MBBA- NH, and the Capital Region Board of Realtors. |
