Introduction	I'm alright. I am just learning this again.. I've had a rough time since about 2008. I'm coming out the other side now thanks to my family, some good friends and my fantastic job. Life has not panned out the way I expected it to so I'm throwing myself into all sorts this year. Making some good and not so good decisions and seeing what happens. One decision I made, I backtracked on and am making new plans. Something I have found out in the last two years is that when things go wrong, that old saying; you find out who your friends are is SO true. Someone I thought was my friend, who I've known for over 2 decades has barely contacted me. On the other hand, a uni friend I used to lift share with, has become a great friend. Others have helped me in ways I would never have dreamed of. People will surprise you for good and for bad. I have also embraced the internet as my new best friend. Without it the last year may have been spent rocking quietly in the corner in a pool of my own dribble. So, that's me. Like I say, I'm on the mend and I'm alright.

Favorite movies	Little Miss Sunshine, E.T, Gladiator, Star Wars, Lost in Translation.
Favorite music	All sorts of stuff. Nothing you would call music of high calibre.
