| Introduction | I LOVE to cook! I seriously don't think that a day goes by when I don't think about what I will make that day. I also love to eat, but for me, creating a recipe and preparing the dish is so much more rewarding and filling. I want to record my recipes and share them with my friends and family so that they can try them out too. My recipes almost always come from something - whether it be a dish that I have tried in a restaurant or a recipe in a cookbook. I rarely follow a recipe - but I like to read the recipe and then make my own interpretation. I would have to say that cooking is my one freedom, where I am never afraid to try something new. I am supported by my lovely partner, Chris. He is my biggest fan. He often tells me 'this is the best thing you have ever made'. It is a joy to cook for him. |
