Introduction	Brad Williamson is President and Senior Consultant at Interlogic, Inc., developing cutting edge change management thinking, performing management investigations and assessments, and coaching managers for performance improvement in utilities, telecommunications, and entertainment. Consulting internationally, he is currently working with the IAEA developing global guidance for managing change. He is co-author of a soon to be published book 'Operational Measurement Systems: Foundations for Performance', reflecting his experience measuring business performance. Studying humans producing and coordinating action has created new possibilities in business performance improvement. As principal photographer for Harbor Country Photography, he brings his eye for visual composition to wedding, portrait and commercial photography. As Director and Producer for Paladin Pictures, Inc., he explores visual story telling in film and video. His first feature film debuted at the 2005 Bare Bones International Film Festival. He resides in Southwest Michigan with his wife and four children. In his spare time you can catch him (actually, you can't) tooling around on his Aero 1100 cruiser.
