| Introduction | simple: i'm a sahm, need i say more? how bout this... i'm a wife, mother, daughter, teacher, nurse, psychiatrist, engineer, landscaper, designer, maid, and chef extraordinaire. whew...that was just today! real: i like "real" ingredients. fresh foods, the least amount of preservatives as possible. i've done away with most of the convenience items. i try to use mainly pantry staples, "food storage" if you will, when i do my cooking and baking. delicious: that just how good it all is! |
