About Me
I love what I do. It's unbelievable to me that I get to be a pastor at a cutting-edge, first-class, difference-making place like NewPointe Community Church. In fact, I don't even feel like I work...I just get paid to do something I love to do. I'm passionate about Group Life--mainly because I'm passionate about seeing Christ formed in people. I have an incredible wife, Jenny, and three amazing kids, Natatie, Naomi, and Andrew. They never stop making me proud and making me laugh. I'm nuts about the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cincinnati Reds, and the Cincinnati Bengals. I love golf and motorcycling (I just learned to ride in the Fall of 2005 and bought my first bike in April 2006). I believe that when you stop growing you stop leading. I believe that in order to be culturatlly relevant, you have to understand the culture you're trying to reach...therefore all the hours I've spend watching MTV and Dog, The Bounty Hunter are paying off for me relationally. :) I love life. I love my wife. I love my family. I love Jesus. If you knew me when I was younger...thanks to God's amazing grace, I'm not that person anymore.
