| Introduction | Spent a portion of my childhood in Italy – LOVE seafood and mediterranean fare. Hate summer heat and love winter snow. Dance in the rain every chance I get. I love taking care of others, cooking & baking allows me to do that although I rarely get the chance. Am not used to a gas stove/oven so have been retiming all my dishes, oy vey! I also collect cookbooks from various places I've traveled or where my friends and family live, and like to try new recipes from them. |
