| Introduction | I began Designer Dolls Magazine (a fashion doll customizer's dream!) in 1999 and had subscribers in 14 countries! Printing costs were high, so I went on hiatus and began the Magazine again in 2012. Again, it was a hit! But with the gorgeous fashion dolls coming out at the time, makeover artists were becoming a thing of the past. I wrote several "fun" books on fashion dolls and designed many outfits for my precious little companions. All the time I was attempting to improve the fashion doll stand, and, in fact, create a better one. But when I realized that the "slippage" was 90% of the problem, I decided to focus there. And THE MAT was born! It's absolutely the greatest little fashion doll stand accessory you will ever use! And once you do, it will become essential for all of your doll stands. |
