Plesantly apathetic, culinary inspired, savior to many, overlord to more, shameless food whore. I work in the non-profit sector, and write The Errant Gourmet section for the magazine Edible Sacramento, and freelance for a few other magazines. I also do desserts for Simply Recipes. I'm also a grad student at CSUS, working in English Composition. So far Vanilla Garlic has been featured in the Davis Enterprise, Sacramento Magazine, The Sacramento Bee, and ThisNext.com. I write for the blog Simply Recipes, developing mostly dessert recipes. You'll also see me teaching the occasional cooking class or doing a demo on Good Day Sacramento. In short, I keep busy.
