Bit of background....a few years ago I set up this blog to chronicle my European Football Weekends, albeit weekends with a difference. I'm not an obsessive, or train spotter, the blog soaks up the beauty of football and pop culture, celebrates the underbelly of life and raises a glass to the wonderful world of pubs, clubs and euro drinking holes.
As well as tales of travels, the blog features interviews with the great and not so good of the football and cultural world and a few articles reminiscing youthful exploits from the 80’s.
The blog is a labour of love and has drawn in a co-operative of collaborators who’ve helped it pick up a few awards on the way. There’s no commercial element to it, no ads are carried or solicited.
I am a Brighton and Hove Albion season ticket holder, and I also follow Lewes FC.
