About Me

I am a fourth year student in international economics at the University of Tuebingen / Germany. This summer, after an exchange year at the University of Geneva / Switzerland, I am an intern at BlueOrchard, a major commercial microfinance investor manager. Looking at the business side of microfinance I am fascinated by this economic viable approach to international development. By building a bridge between microfinance and the capital markets BlueOrchard manages different funds and has already launched three CDOs. In a next step, I would like to get involved in academic work about microassurance.
