Favorite Books seriously too many to start mentioning. I'll come back later -- but the best book I've read in a long, long time is Bill Bryson's "A Brief History of Very Nearly Everything." Another good one lately was "The Alchemist" and also "Choke" -- really good and funny. Also just finished Bob Woodward's "State of Denial." Damn good and damn depressing -- amazing we are in that stupid-assed war. Just finished a pretty interesting book on China, "The Bone Oracle" - pretty good. Been reading all sorts of travel books lately, good bit of Paul Theorox --he's as much of an ass as I am
