Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.

Scarves are too much of a hassle...it takes forever to get it wrapped just right, and if you move your head to much it just falls off. But occasionally I'll wear a nice-looking scarf when I want to look "cool".
