| Introduction | Hello! My name is Renee and I am a foodie - I love planning to cook, preparing to cook, cooking and even cleaning up but most of all I love eating, especially when I can share that with the loves of my life, my family and friends. I have been teaching enrichment cooking classes for over 20 years through various local school districts, private lessons, and most recently at Howell's MainStreet Winery. I love to share my passion for cooking and all things food with my students. My emphasis is making the process efficient and delicious while teaching little known tips and tricks for ingredients, techniques and cooking utensils. I believe that anybody can pick up a gourmet recipe and with enough time, planning and preparation can turn out a great dish – it’s the everyday person on their way home from work wondering what they are going to make for dinner that I want to help the most! Many of my students have been asking me to start a blog or do a cookbook - so I thought this would be a great first step! Come back often as I will be adding new ideas and notes and recipes!
