About Me

Cate McClure earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and worked in major commercial law firms in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Ann Arbor before serving as an adjunct professor of law in the business schools of Michigan State University and the University of Michigan. Cate writes on topics related to law and legal affairs and is a 2007 recipient of an Excellence in Media Award from the Detroit Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.
