| Introduction | I am a writer of literary fiction, pop-culture, and often society's seeming lack of sense. Perhaps born in the wrong time-period, when thinking about ridiculous trends (i.e., singing shows, reality housewives, lip-singing pop sensations, skinny jeans, and straight-brimmed hats), and society's general lack of values compared to decades ago, one must laugh not to cry. I imagine a time when we can live a life that is not merely on autopilot, appreciate what we have, and slow down enough to see beauty in a life that quickly passes us by. |
