Introduction	I live in the small town of Bath, Michigan with my wife and children. I have been modeling miniature figures for a little over 40 years. Since I was a kid, I've always been fascinated by military uniforms of the past and soldier material culture. This then led me to express my interest through modeling figures from many time periods and scales.
Favorite Movies	Zulu, Zulu Dawn, Waterloo, Glory, Red Badge of Courage (Richard Thomas), Tombstone, Bad Company, Saving Pvt Ryan, Flags of Our Fathers, Rob Roy, Revolution, Alamo (John Wayne), Four Feathers (Beau Bridges), Charge of the Light Brigade (1969). The list goes on. Too many non-military movies to mention.
Favorite Music	Movie sondtracks. I can listen to pretty much anything.
Favorite Books	"Antietam: The Soldiers' Battle" by John M. Priest. The author puts you right there. Wonderful book. "The Franco-Prussian War: The German Conquest of France in 1870-1871." By Geoffrey Wawro. Easy to read and follow, from it's causes to thru it's battles. "Unknown Soldiers: Story of the missing from the First World War" by Neil Hansen. In the middle of reading now. Very moving stories, all the more moving with photographs of the missing and their family.
