| Introduction | I’m the mother of two fabulously talented children, the wife of a top notch music teacher, and an accountant by profession usually up to my measuring cups in spreadsheets and financial statements. In my spare time, whenever there is some spare time, this bean counter enjoys spending that time at the kitchen counter. I hope to record my meandering through a fairly sizeable assortment of cookbooks, family recipes, and an ever-growing stash of magazine recipe clippings – to me a good road trip isn’t complete without a few magazines to go through, clipping out all the wonderful concoctions I may want to try some day. After several feeble attempts at organizing it all, I realized the only thing left to do with this “some day” collection was to start cooking … so here you go!
